So what is this place, you might be wondering. I’m wondering that too. I hope it is going to be my motivation to get fit and stay fit for the rest of my life. I recently decided to start running. Ran for a solid four months, then lost all interest in it. I hope by taking a different approach to exercise and by blogging about it, I’ll stay engaged and on the right path.
